Southend On Sea

Works have started on a domestic property in Southend.

We are currently excavating and forming footings for a single storey extension and installation of drainage.

Whilst on site we have been instructed to reduce the height of the garden to form a flat child friendly space, this will incorporate the installation of a timber sleeper retaining wall, new fencing, composite decking.

We anticipate the removal of 80 tons of material from site.

Footings and slab were completed prior to handing over to a local building company, following their works we have hard landscaped the garden and installed a porcelain paving system on raised pedestals in order to maintain a permeable drainage system.
