Sundridge Park Mansion

The main project was to convert a mansion, into high class apartments, our involvement was to create a new landscaped entrance to fit in with the period features of the property.
Among other works we also constructed a reinforced cantilever slab and retaining wall to form a new entrance to an underground car parking area located at the rear of the building, form a temporary access roadway, install drainage and lower the level of the basement flooring.
