UPMINSTER:
Re modelling to the station entrance and ticket hall to create a retail unit and update.
We erected a timber hoarding prior to starting the works to form a safe and secure site.
A complete strip out and removal of walls was carried out to improve the overall layout.
We installed a specialist support system in order for us to safely remove sections of the walls and a redundant chimney to create a large open area.
Openings were formed and steel supports erected, floors were concreted so that they were able to manage the weight of additional equipment.
